Shooting IDPA Phase 1

Shooting IDPA Phase 1 (International Defensive Pistol Association) will get you started in the correct direction to start improving your shooting skills. This is a truly fun and rewarding class for you to get started in. This is not a tactical class.

Requirements

• You must be 16 years of age and or instructors approval
• Ammunition 100 rounds
• Handgun: minimum caliber.38 / 9mm*
• 3 extra magazines or speed loaders
• Hearing & Eye Protection
• No hard sole shoes
• Comfortable & Appropriate Clothing
• Cover garment
• A quality strong side holster (the holster must be rigid and stable allowing the firearm to be holstered with one hand) No cross draw, shoulder holsters, purses/fanny packs.
• 2 Magazine pouches
• Quality gun belt
• Handguns (semi-automatics or revolvers) can be rented from the Scottsdale Gun Club. Call for more information.
